Tristan earned his Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University in Scotland following his Bachelor of Medical Sciences from Western University. He brings several years of experience in private orthopaedic and sports medicine clinics, where he has worked with a wide range of patients — from desk-based professionals with chronic pain to elite-level athletes recovering from injury.
Tristan takes a movement-based, evidence-informed approach to rehabilitation, combining manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and guided education to reduce pain, restore function, and support long term recovery. He is particularly passionate about strength training and guiding people through personalized rehab programs to help them return confidently to their sport, work, or active lifestyle.
His approach to care is collaborative and adaptable, drawing from his experience working alongside sports medicine physicians, chiropractors, and strength and conditioning professionals. Tristan believes in empowering patients through education and working together to help them build the confidence to prevent injury and live well.
In his spare time, Tristan enjoys being outdoors walking and cycling around the city, reading, DJing, watching movies, and most recently playing volleyball and golf.
