Andrea earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University after completing her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Western University. Her interest in physiotherapy grew from her love of sports and a long-standing fascination with how the body adapts, recovers, and becomes stronger through movement.
Having played basketball and rugby growing up, Andrea understands firsthand the physical and mental demands of staying active, as well as the challenges that can come with injury. She uses a personalized approach that combines hands-on treatment with targeted exercise to support recovery and help patients return to the activities that matter most to them.
She is also certified in acupuncture and incorporates it into care when appropriate to further support pain management and healing. Outside the clinic, Andrea enjoys lifting weights, practicing hot yoga, and trying new sports whenever she gets the chance. She also loves to travel and will rarely pass up an opportunity to visit somewhere warm and tropical.
Andrea believes the body is highly resilient and capable of meaningful change. She is passionate about helping her patients move with greater ease, build confidence, and feel stronger in their day-to-day lives.
