Simon Perri

Simon Perri began his academic journey at Brock University, where he graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2024. He went on to complete his Massage Therapy education at the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, graduating in 2025. In addition to being a Registered Massage Therapist, he is also a certified personal trainer and hockey athletic trainer, bringing a strong movement and performance-based perspective to his clinical practice. He believes that education is a key component of effective treatment, empowering clients to better understand their bodies and take an active role in their recovery and long-term health. He recognizes the close relationship between lifestyle, movement, pain, and stress, and works with clients to build strength, resilience, and healthy movement through appropriate levels of physical stress that support sustainable, pain-free living. His assessments are comprehensive and individualized, incorporating posture analysis, movement pattern evaluation, range of motion testing, health history, and occupational demands. Treatment sessions may include a combination of Swedish massage techniques, myofascial techniques, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, and stretching. Client education and self-care strategies are always integrated to support progress beyond the treatment room.
Outside of the clinic, Simon further pursues his passion for health and fitness as personal trainer and athletic hockey team trainer. Simon also remains highly active in the gym and participates in a variety of sports and activities including hockey, baseball, football, swimming, and hiking. Having grown up playing many sports, he was drawn to a career that allows him to stay connected to the athletic community while helping individuals move better, recover, and perform at their best
